You quoted my post as you argued against my risen points. One of the arguements was that "Eating just meat isnt healthy". The post you quoted never said that...so thats why I was a tad confused there chappy

what you said was quite frankly stupid though.. vegetables are no substitute for meat, what about meat is no substitute for vegetables?

Can we move on please ^_^

Thanks for the bad rep by the way Sammeth, I questioned your stupidity and you affirmed my questioning, thankyou

And personally i just think that killing an animal for us to eat is just out of pure selfishness, especially when thier are other alternatives to meat.
Well there are other ways you can think about it, but those ways are wrong. This is an issue of fact, dead by definition requires someone in that state to be dead. How ever you may think death happens, once it has, the person is gone along with the abilty to feel and think.

Secondly, the B12 argument usually comes from the vegetarian side as a straw man, Since B12 doesn't come from meat, its instead produced by a bacteria that lives within some animals, hence is then present in meat. It can also be obtained in a number of different ways.

Meat is needed for a healthy diet, you can live without meat, but not as healthily as you would with it. Meat provides far higher quality proteans than substitutes as well as a single source of nutrients we can easily digest.

On a singular food eating diet, meat is infact the healthiest, more healthy than just eating vegetables. But only when the meat in question is fish, which is better for humans than any other food source, we are highly adapted for eating fish, are noes are a testament to that.
High fish eaters are the healthiest portion of society. For maximum health though a balanced diet consisting of both meat and veg is requred.. where naturally omnivorous after all.

BUT, this debate isnt about vegetarianism, its about KFC, which theres nothing wrong with in my opinion.

Entor I sort of agree with you *ahhh shock*

But the overfarming/pollution of the seas kind of put me off fish =/

ps: I do not agree that meat is more healthier: but alas it's a different discussion and one that I've had too many times

Just as a point, we have just as much over farming and pollution on land so it makes no difference really.

Not really. Its like saying, how do you know that water boils at 100 degrees celscius? And the person replies with "i used a thermometer". But how do you know that that thermometer works? You dont.

True, but the difference is we're causing many fish to be extinct where as animals/vegetables can constantly be mass produced unless a huge plague whiped them out.

Also to clean up an ocean is alot harder than cleaning up the land =/
