Goon on you They're some brilliant exercises to get you fit and walk build a bit of muscle. I take it you're not wanting to build all that much muscle though? Just make sure you eat a healthy, but balanced diet, and you'll be fine

That looks good, from my experience tredmill is the best fat burner as it's less supported than all the other cardiovascular machines.

I started at the same age as you and I'm only 15 and 8 months now, and i've improved alot since I started. Stretching is good because it rids your muscles of that lactic acid.

The cardio looks fine at the moment but If you want to start loosing serious pounds then do one large session of prehaps 20 minutes and above at a suitable pace depending on your fitness level, this is because you will break into your fat energy storage once you use up alot of your carbohydrates. You will actually be burning alot more calories than the machine says so don't be fooled by them

    I agree with Wizzdom.

Your arm looks like it has got an egg in it, at least i can tense my arm knowing it looks good.

I sense some jealousy? I don't work my legs because they're big enough as I do a lot of bike riding and play rugby.

I think it's better than the first few because it shows the inside of my bicep.

That egg will be atleast 2 times bigger than yours, I can assure you. When I tense my arm I'm not looking for it to look pretty, I'm looking for it to look big and strong - which it does. You need to stop worrying about your looks and focus more on the important things. Tone and definition is for puffs.

I can see what the guys are saying, your first picture does look better but the more you build the more your 'egg' will grow and look better.
