People always go on and on about how they are proud that Britain is a mutli-cultrial country and accepts people from any race or any religion. I am proud of those things to but I'm also proud that as a British person I am aloud to let my views be known, organisations like the BNP are aloud to have an opinion just like we are aloud to have the opposite one to theirs. I am against most of the BNP's views but think they were entitled to be in that street and from what I saw in the video the BNP member was spat on when he only asked the Asian guy to 'move on'. I'd understand if he used a racist slur or offensive name but he didn't all he was doing was reminding the local people to vote for their party.

Just because they are the BNP does not mean they are below human or deserve everything they get I wouldn't tolerate anyone spitting on me whether they were black, white, red or green.

I don't think most people in this thread are denying that some of their policies are racist, it's just personally I just don't understand why racisim comes into this story, as from what I saw in the video no racist remarks were made from either side.

Yes 'The Master' said just because a green (and other colours) spits on a BNP member, it doesn't mean its deserved.
You repeated what he said but in different words and hinted people classed the BNP member as racist for beating up the brown person.

I said, people don't class BNP as racist for beating up the brown person, in your case "killing the green alien", they class them as racist because of their policies.

I fully agree with you. The point people are raising (I think it was Jordy) is that he should not have behaved that way - especially as it was being filmed. He could have just got the asian person in more trouble by not beating him up.

However, stephenHi clearly hinted that people are saying he is racist for beating up the asian. Not many people think that, they find BNP racist only because of their policies and some comments their leader has made.

Well im pretty sure if first started with undertaker bringing it in because im asian and i obviously aren't allowed to comment on this story, and then other people started just being racist because they are and this is a BNP thread so its ok.
