Girl hangs herself due to BB ban aged 11

I'd just like to add aswell, what the hell could be going on in an 11 year old's life to make them want to commit suicide?
Yeah she could've been getting abused by her parents, but the police wouldn've found something to prove that, so i think this was just a one-off little immature girl not getting her own way.
