Habbox is the worlds largest fansite.
Habbox does get more visits for values than any other fansite.

    Need I say more

Sure, it is difficult for fansites to promote themselves, but we've got to find an alternative than doing what you're doing. Habbox.com isn't official on Habbo.com; it was official on Habbo.co.uk, which is no longer open. You have to earn the right to become official on .com, by doing this, you're making it worse on yourself, lol, you'll end up the next HabbCrazy and won't even be considered for official. Keep the room name as Habbox w/e it's called, and most importantly, stop fighting with the moderators. If you want to make the situation better, just let the moderators have their way. You talking to them in disrespectful and negative tones isn't strengthening Habbox's chances for the best, it's making things worse. Arguing back with a hotel staff is already against the rules as it is. He's told you time and time again to stop advertising it, it's not official, just let it be for the time being until Habbox is certified as official.

The rule is there as a cautionary. They don't want to be responsible for anyone being scammed or keylogged, etc. They won't visit each of the sites, either. The only way to prove it's a legit site is by becoming official. The ones listed on the group home were able to do that just fine, so quit complaining. In the end, it's Habbox's fault that they discontinued Habbox USA and CA. Had it been international like I suggested a while ago, there wouldn't be this uproar. You're just all mad because of the rules you're not accustomed to. Get over it and stop criticizing the moderators works; they've been trained by the best and have been doing this for years. (And they aren't American, not a single one of them).

@HotelUser, where did you get that theme?
It says Habbox is a fansite, not an official one.

    They are Singaporean.

You guys kept testing him, pushing him to his limits. He's handling it better than Puffin(L) did.

I am not power hungry, firstly, secondly, some of these moderators, including Frank, I believe, worked UK. Plus, these mods are US, CA, and SG originally.

I think you will find that the hotels merged - .Com did not 'take over' it is just the domain they are using so all fansites that were official before should be official now. Also there is a very poor standard of moderation happening at the moment which if you had read the threads here you would have realised and there is really no excuse for it.

Nah, the hotels merged into a new mega hotel, as they've said in some articles. It's a new hotel, they keep saying.
I think HabboTimes is the world's largest fansite, but w/e. Regardless, it doesn't mean that as a current unofficial fansite you deserve the right to continue advertising it. Do it, face the consequences.

As for the poor moderation, it wouldn't be so bad if you guys weren't so intolerable and kept abusing the CFH and making their job harder to do. Try respecting the moderator first and let them do their jobs.

I have abused no-one and also there is nothing anywhere that says Habbox.com is no longer an official fansite. Can you find anything official that does? Also there is nothing anywhere that says even unofficial fansites cannot advertise - this just seemed to grow up on .Com. So you agree it's a new hotel so why no advertising? They have had no notification of anything it is just that the page is missing so I wouldn't be so pendantic in what you say If I were you. People are getting banned for really silly reasons such as 'What have you got for sale'. 'Can I see your stuff' etc etc. You can't say that is acceptable surely? Habbotimes seems to have 14 members on it at the moment

You only need to check the new members threads to see the users posting from habbo.ca etc

UK tells one CA member, CA member tlls 5 friends. It goes on.

Habbo's pathetic rule won't stop the word spreading.

Nonetheless it will slow it down!

He has already explained that the mods are not from the states. I really don't mind where they are from as long as they start acting with some common sense. I believe the language barrier and coloquism of the UK language could be a problem here. Even between UK english and USA English there is a lot of difference in meanings.

If it isn't listed on the official fansites page then it isn't an official fansite. Simple as that. (http://www.habbo.com/groups/officialfansites) Those that got banned for saying stuff like that probably was banned for something they had done earlier, I don't know and I don't care. If even it is a silly reason, appeal it, it does you no good to fight back with the moderators, and won't help you get your account back.

They've had years of notification, everyone knew before hand that advertising isn't allowed on .com. It says on .com no advertising, is all I know.

Yeah, on Habbo USA, and as much as you try to deny the fact, the hotel is the remnant of USA, as has been stated over and over again in plenty of ways. Give it a few weeks.

Yes, guests, not members. And if memory serves, during a world cup event, Habbox lost to HabboTimes as worldwide favorite fansite.
