Any advice on nutrition when trying to lower BF%? I seem to eat alot of carbs and dairy, so that may be my downfall![]()
Only eat carbs if you're going to use them as they transform into energy. If you don't use up your carbs they turn into calories. Dairy products are super high in fat and calories.
If you want to lower your BF% I suggest you eat a low calorie diet and run for 30-40 minutes each night. Doing this will burn off the fat.
