    ^^

I've only bought 2 albulms this year, I guess I could buy more but I really can't be bothered.
But I can't see alot of the mainstream music amusing me this year if its going to be like it has been for this year.

Maybe this year wasent so bad, but there has been a lot of completely bad stuff coming out this year. I think thats what gets me, there has been so much bad music coming out this year, it basicly cancelles out the good music.
Well...I thas been great for The UK and Ireland lol. With Maximo Park, The Ordinary Boys (even though their debut came out in 2004 I think) The Futureheads, Institute, Garbage's comeback, Feeder's new album and the sucess of LAMB I guess. It's been great for me .

Oh, okay. I dont know, you just kind of made it sound like you were going to be famous soon. I dont know. Lol.

Hmmm, I guess its been okay this year. Maybe I was thinking of movies this year, because movies this year have been bad too. All remakes. BACK ON TOPIC!

I dont think there will be a new version of hip hop (How? Hmm, I dont see how you can talk in to a microphone differently). I actually think rap/hip hop will die out in a decade or so. Because there are so many kids these days that want to be rappers, and becoming a rapper is so much easier than anything else in music. You dont need to learn an instrument, you dont need a band, you really dont need anything but a few bucks. Then when EVERYONE has their own CD, it wont be cool anymore. It would all sound the same. Like what happened to disco, everyone finnally relized disco was all the same song, just a drum and high pitched guitar and a lady telling you what dance to do:rolleyes:

    ^^ Wah?

I'll agree with the movie part, they've been terrible, nothing much has made me want to go and watch one?

Maybe different genre's of music are doing well and others arn't? I know that Hip Hop hasn't been too bad, but nothing special.

    Ahaha the future of music.
To be perfectly honest I don't know the current state of music is, if I find a band I like I download all of their songs and stuff and most of the albums are like years old..
i dont know what year I'm listening to stuff.. the song I'm listening to now was released back in 2001.
I think its kind of that way with rock music, because once people hook onto a band they go onto their older stuff and like yeah.
-shrug- Ive actually lost the train of thought I was on then.
