I GOT HACKED AND LOOK WHAT MODS HAD TO SAY!

I got hacked not too long ago.
I lost my Throne sofa, and 25 hc sofas
and nearly all my rares
(About 20 of them)
I only had 2 rares left
And i didn't go flooding Sulakes email boxes, i just didn't do nothing.
It's only a game.

uhmm.. Habbo wont ban or do anything about this.. as you are responsible for you furni.. no one else..

The fact that you cannot be fully responsible for your furni is a completely different matter. In order to look after our furni, we need Habbo to be safe and Moderated in order for us to do that. Like a baby I suppose, they cannot feed without their mother.

Yes we have to be responsible in person with our PC's, but we need Habbo to do the same with their systems. Therefore they really should use this old system they had which logged when furni was traded, who to and where it is.

Letsdance i totally agreem, i lost 6 T when i was hacked. I contacted sulake and they said no refunds. I just got on with it... Its only a game .

Habbo can be extremely safe and log everything that happens inside the hotel. That still won't stop someone from getting keylogged and having their account stolen by somebody else.

You see, Habbo is basically making money off of people ignorance. When someone gets "hacked", and I'm using the term very lossely, there's about an 80% chance that they will return to Habbo and spend more money on credits.

It is by this very reason that Habbo very rarely returns someone's items, and it makes sense! I mean, it's not Habbo's fault or Sulake's fault. Why should they pay back for something that was out of their hands? When someone doesn't have enough logic to decline files through messenger or visit websites containing infected Habbo programs, they will get their accounts stolen- not just on Habbo.

To my knowledge, people have been (recently) getting their accounts stolen through some sort of spyware and not a flaw in Sulake's servers or anything.


So, my point of view on this?

If you refuse to be responsible for your furni and complain when it is stolen, then maybe Habbo Hotel isn't for you.

I agree, I recently got hacked, (no clue how, i anit got a keylogger or given out my pass), but, even tho I cann't think of HOW I got hacked, it isn't Sulake's fault, it's the obbessed nerds that have nothing better too do than steal other peoples pixels.

On sulake.com you can find the e-mail adresses of the MOD's if I'm right, but you'll probably spam them aswell. 28 times every 3 days is just being dumb and impatient.
I'm sorry for all who got hacked, but it's mostly your own fault.
And how does scamming make more money to sulake? It just makes people unhappier and they'll be more likely to leave, so less people will buy stuff.

Secondly, have all you people been sleeping on habbo? Don't you know that it's impossible to get furniture back? Every piece of furniture got their own code, but it's impossible to know who owns what 'code'. Also without reall proof there is no chance that the scammer gets banned. You all think they only ban flooders and people who swear, well DUH! they are the easiest to catch, if you guys just think a little more than you could trick the scammer to come to your room and explain what he/she is going to do, this way the MOD's have reall proof and the scammer will be really banned, but be patience, MOD's have a life too.
