no, tehy have 1 dice in hand which is preset to 6. for example

and then they roll the dice in room and before its finished olling they take the dice out of hand which is set at 6 and drop it on top of other dice.

I doubt the dealer would be able to roll the dice then get a different dice out of his hand into the booth by the end of the roll...?
