Runescape noob - are there rares on Runescape?

The reason I ask is because I am making a new rare values system. Habbox uses one which I made, it allows Smiddy1234 (Rare values manager) to update the values easily without having access to the whole of Habbox.com. Now I am making Version 2 because I want to sell it.

It will be excellent if I can also sell it to sites that aren't Habbo related.

Won't be ready for ages though.

if you are thinking of setting something up to check on forums to keep it update you carnt as the forums arnt set up like that.

you would have to personally check the values

Values change everyday..whip for example is dropping atm every day lower? you can't keep values updated on a site because it's impossible. Values change too quickly

and you carn't create something like rss to keep it update because of the way the forums work

a few weeks ago whips were at 3.2 now there at 2.7

Not rares but "items" its like normal furni on habbo but all items on rs change in value.
