Hobba applications are supposed to be fair to everyone no matter how well known you are. If they did it on recommendation system then it would no longer be fair. Really I think that what is needed is a huge recruitment drive within the current 18+ age group at sixth forms and colleges to try and attract 18 year olds, or people who will soon turn 18 to get to know Habbo and maybe become Hobbas. Another possible recruitment drive would be to send out an e-mail to the parents of all Habbos (hopefully some Habbos might forward it on to their parentsOriginally Posted by Jacko2kn3
) asking them if they would like to become Hobbas.
However, if you move the applications out of the current age group, then the number of applications becomes too high, and more importantly, the number of applications from people who will abuse their powers becomes higher in proportion to the total number of applications.

). This way the best (or the most popular) of the youngest will become silver hobbas, making more hobbas, making habbo safer.
