Default What you think of the .com semi hobbas?

I was sitting in the help desk helping where at the back row there was a conversation going on about the .com young hobbas and it got me thinking, why do .com habbos get to apply for becoming a watered down version of a hobba at the age of 13? Are they more mature then us? Are they just testing the system out before introducing it to the rest of the hotels? Will .com eventually turn every one in to this semi-hobba (by the sounds of things it seems this way)?

Personally i reckon they are testing this new system out before they introduce it to .co.uk the benefits of introducing it to .com is that the hotel has less users and it was a key point in the advertising of the new hotel. Hopefully it should eventually come to .co.uk and with possibly a better criteria so that only a few thousand habbos could actually apply rather then the 50,000 there are

It's like that due to legal reasons.

Yep there is too many hobbas on .com, and the system won't be introduced to .co.uk because of moderation laws.

    Default Hobba Hotel?

In the newsie, they joked it was the HOBBA hotel.

Anyways, I think it's a pretty good idea. I doubt they think U.S is more mature, but it has so many fewer members. It's a good testing idea.

I like that you only have to be 13, but I think they hired way too many. Every single room, you can find more then one hobba in it!
Smile, it makes people wonder what your thinking.

Good idea but Habbo have handled it very well. They need to become more strict as to who they take not just taking every 2nd person who applies. I am sure this is due to the rush of appliactions. People would have become impatient if they actually looked through all applications thorougly.

I think we should adopt this system, keep our ordinarry system too. But, introduce this too many rule breakers and not enough hobbas

This is a good idea in some ways. It would help to keep the number of rule breakers down, as semi-Hobbas could attend calls from people saying they had been scammed, while the full Hobbas tracked down the rule breakers themselves.
However, it would take a lot of time and effort to weed out the large number of immature semi-Hobbas every time they introduced a new batch, and also the huge number of applications to be a semi-Hobba would take a lot of time to go through.
It really is a good idea, and it could potentially improve the response rate to calls for help dramatically, but these problems need to be solved before Habbo UK could bring it in.

I liked the sound of it at first, I know a few UK-ers who went over there to become baby hobbas. They said the number of silvers was huge, but now it's died down.

I don't think it should be introduced to UK, it wasn't well planned out. co.uk has thousands more users than .com, so how many more hobbas is that? Too many!

I think users 15 and over should be allowed to become silvers, like on .com, but they have to apply and be selected, or be reccomended (although no one should know your age, 'cause everyone keeps their personal details personal, right? ). This way the best (or the most popular) of the youngest will become silver hobbas, making more hobbas, making habbo safer.

Any problems with my theory anyone?
