Lesson number 2: Read before you comment.
First of all, he never said he made that border, so don't accuse him of stealing it.
Second, he didn't ask for rep. Read.
Third: You can use other people's pieces of alt, in this case a border, if you ask them. Habbo items are free to be used, if not then almost everybody here would break the rules and would be banned. :rolleyes:
Fourth: There is a thing called recolouring, that is where you take somebody's alt (with permission, or just a habbo item) and change the colour or sometimes shape, nothing wrong with it and not against the rules.

So before you critisize some more people, make a decent alt yourself. -Rep for you.



I like the alt, it looks cool and I think it would sell well in the hotel if there was a good way to place a person in it, maybe an option where you can change the hair, face, etc like when you change your habbo, same goes for background. I give it an 7.4/10. +rep.

It would be good if habbo did this. Like photos with colour big enough for you to see with out clicking on it. You picture could may do with tilting to go with the frame.
