I think you should deside that for yourself. If you doubt his trustability, don't trade him or make him go first.
I personally only trade with people who will go first, if they don't trust me, than so be it, I'll find somebody else.

But if I look at the posts about the person in question, I think you shouldn't trade him.
Why? He's only trusted by some trusted members. What's wrong with that? He probably did some trades with them to make sure he got their support so less trusted people will think he's safe and go first, then he scams them.
I don't accuse the person in question of scamming, I'm just saying some scammer do it like this.
