How dose the dueling ring acually work?

Air temple world 16 lots of ess and cash they trade you 25 unoted ess in exchange for 25 noted and 2.5k they unote you get the exp.

Dueling ring can teleport you to Al Kharid Duel Arena and Castle Wars go back and forth crafting fires and putting them in the bank chest at castle wars and withdrawing essence.

Why not just teleport to the duel arena?

Because that would take longer.
This is how it goes in more detail:
- You bring your dueling ring and 27 essences (or 26 if you don't store your fires)
- You enter the altar and craft your runes.
- Now you use the ring to teleport to castle wars
- You go to the bank chest (which is like 7 steps away) and take new essences (and store your fires if you like)
- Now you teleport back to al kharid dueling arena.
- Now you only have to walk the last bit to the altar instead of going all the way to the bank chest at the dueling arena (or for f2p the bank at al kharid).
- Repeat this over and over again.
- Ownage runecrafting level.
