If you get logged during a fight and it wasnt your fault, EG internet going down, then your character will continue to fight whether you are logged in or not, if you lose then that is just life.

You spelt whether wrong Anyway, I thought you had to wait 10 seconds after a battle before logging off? The only way you can do this really is logging off a splitsecond before something attacks you or just closing the browser. I think.

If your internet goes down or you have a power cut or somthing it will come up connection lost then take you to the log in screen, your character will continue to fight, i have had to may close calls...
