Also, just thought, you could add musical notes coming out of the club building, to show the music is blaring out.

Ok, I like the way to lights come out onto the building, I like the way I inverted the colours, anywho here's an update, and I got that wierd shark who ever requested that.

Nice, if you really want to spice it up, you could add (on the right hand side wall) a bilboard perhaps animated?

People can be 2-3 pixels tall with a different coloured head to body, I find that usually works well. Or was it 5-6... Experiment!
I also think you should make the pavement look raised from the road by adding a grey line underneath the black and perhaps make the black line between the water and land look like, like froth or swell or whatever the white stuff is called.
