    Urm I take it ur a vegi? Change it often, heres food I eat like once a week coz I get bored of the same food

    Breakfast: Two grapefruits and I make fresh tropical juice.
    Lunch: Pasta with fresh tomato sauce, with 2 apples.
    Dinner: Brown pitta bread with lettuce,cucumber,tomato and low fat cheese.

    for one size 12 is not a fatty and ur diet is quite bland and boring u could maybe try the kellogs one were u eat 2 bowls of cereal 1 for breakfast & 1 for lunch then a sensible tea and healthy snacks inbetween or at least vary the one your doing and not too much water or you will end up bloated but good luck

    About the quorn/corn thing.. corn is a type of maize grown in fields, the stuff you'll have seen as big yellow sticks ("corn on the cob") or as sweetcorn. Quorn is entirely different, made of a type of edible fungus, and is used as a meat substitute.

    Protein. Trying to Lose Weight Then it will make you lose weight. but that isnt very healthy.
