    Not sure how PSP's work, but assuming it's using the same internet connection as the PC you are currently on, I'd say it has something to do with your ISP or router/modem.

    But most people only have 1 hard drive for personal use computers. Hardrive default is set to C:

    I, myself have multiple external hardrives.

    I have 2 internal 64's
    And 1 external 128


    External is main, the 2 64's are my backup's for everything

    1 60 primary, 1 x 20 for music, and another 60 for storage.

    New PC will have. 120 primary, 2 x 300 for storage.
