    when i try to view them it will take ages to load and then will say it wont exist i us ie and my psp but the both wont show it. wont formatting my c: delete everything.also they worked 3 days ago but then stopped loading when i logged into my cpanel

    Not quite.

    It doesn't "delete windows", it wipes your primary hard disk, which contains your operating system, be it Windows/Linux/*nix.

    It would just format your hard drive C:

    This meaning all files/applications/.exe's would be deleted
