For dinner, I don't eat alot off english food, because my partents are hindus and make indian food you see.

Depends on what your BMI works out as.
If you drink too much water it makes you bloated and put more weight on![]()
I do Callanetics which help ur body tone up. They do books in the library. Its after 1 hour of doing them, you are meant to lose about 2 inches off your stomach. Like it works tho, it does make you fell better. One of them which does tone you up is:
Lie on your back like you are doing a sit up, legs about 20 cm apart and knees raised
Grab your inner thigh with your hands and hold it.
Raise yourself up gently until you are susupended at abut 45 degrees off the floor.
Hold for 3 seconds, then let yourself down. It feels quite annoying, but do about 30. About 1 of these is equal to 3 sit ups.
for your thighs
Lie on your back with a chair infront of you
Put your ankles on the legs of the chairs
And squeeze. Count back from 100.
It helps your thighs.
