- Get 15 construction anyway possible ( I'll do tears of Guthix )
- Make a workshop
- Buy as much oak as possible
- Make dining tables to 31
- At 31 move on to carved oak tables

oh yea lool just looked at guide and the exp changes at 30 i just saw 30 and assumed

why do you want to get a guild alta just use some other guys who wasted alot of cash on construction
