Ah, Brandon. Depends on the area of work. Not all areas have an admin manager.

I think it's well, as Jin said. If you give it your best shot, with perfect grammar and spelling. It always boosts your chances.
Instead of just giving the details on the application form, why not add some extra points?
You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....

I will never actually understand where your "intelligence" on the way Habbox runs comes from but wherever it does I suggest you review it as you always make yourself look like an 11 year old child everytime you make some negative comment on the site.

I think its fairly harsh that you actually generalised all the admins with your statement especially when most of us have absolutely no control over who is selected for a moderator trial.

Anyway as smiddy said some extra points do actually help with your application, it may not be asked for but whatever you think is relevant may help you with your application such as, if it hasnt been asked for, previous experience, hobbies etc

Not really? I only knew one Events Organizer who I hired and that was Laxativepolo who used to be on the team :S

Also, same people over and over? Yeah because once you're staff you show you're capable but plenty of people who aren't staff can be hired? IE: Half the EO's and some of the newer trialists. I'm speaking mostly for myself as I can't give a discourse on the procedures of other managers, but if I do mass hirings I don't really look at the person but at the app. If the app is like this:

I'd rlly lke to b a part of the depatrmnt bcos id be relli good at it.

I wouldn't pick it, I really wouldn't even read it. I pick it based on how they lay it out, how genuine it seems, and on the content of their application. So yeah, no I don't think its biased.

I know they are all doing good jobs ect... But I'v never seemed to be chosen and I have been with habbox for over 1 and 1/2 years. And they may have even looked at my record for ban and they will see a perm one due to they stupidily banned me for : Posting links to scamming/scripting sites which I didn't do. Does that show up on my record?

Erm just because you haven't been chosen doesn't mean its the same people. Yes bans show up on records but if its a perm how are you on the forum? Anyway you also need to make people have respect for ou and show that you respect and can work well with peers. Judging by your signature, you show great respect for the hard work of others

Well, from what I have seen, a lot of the new moderators baving picked were not staff.

I've been rejected for tons of jobs, I got my Habbox Live trial on my third time round of applying. My HxHD took me two attempts to get a trial and the events one I got straight away.

But some jobs I've still had no reply from, your not the only one. Just keep sticking it out.

People aren't hired just because they're capable of doing the job, but other things such as behaviour and how often they visit the forum are taken into consideration (and current members of staff are most likely to be active and well behaved).
    kinda quit.

And if its the same people it is because habbox knows they are good at jobs instead of risking a job on someone who might not be good at a job.,
