When habbox give out job's I basically see all the same people getting the jobs. Me and many other people probabally think we are very good at a certain job but we dont get a job and I think it's unfair... Hopefully this is the correct place as this is my comment and I hope other people think so to.

Probably because they submit the best applications which is shown by the ammount of jobs they uphold.

Perhaps other people have more experience?

well they can only judge it from the application and you may have submit an outstanding application but your record on here might not be great, or there could be others that submitted better and took the vacancy. I agree with you as I think there is a limit of how many jobs a user can which they will keep up constantly without stressing.

Maybe a bit aimed at me, as I got 1 job and a trial today, within what, 2 hours... But yeah, its what Brandon said. I got my Show Staff job for my application, and my Room Reviewer trial, I was notified via PM from Neversoft. I got that for posting alot in the 'Cool Rooms' section and giving good comments and feedback. I supposed you just gotta keep trying

Adding to what I said, maybe you're not active enough?

If someone's a good worker, and leaves, then returns in a few months time, the staff are bound to take him on because of the work he did.

I cant really speak for all managers as I havent really been one for about a good 7 months now.

Generally speaking when I was looking at an application if it was just plainly rubbish with loads of spelling or gramatical errors I used to just reject the application.

Certain people I had offered trials as they had submited a good application and had a decent forum record not to mention they were very active on the site.

Others I had offered jobs as not only their application is good but their team skills and quality of work / effort seemed very high in the other jobs they had at Habbox which always reflects very well with an application.

I am sure that Habbox Managers do not intend to offer all the job positions to current staff members and I appologies if you feel that we are biased in the way we select our staff members.

But you need a really stonkin application for some jobs and others just get such an over whelming response such as news reporters that it can just be rotten luck if you dont get a trial also for this reason the manager may not choose to reply to the application.

No, because they are friends with the admins.

I think the job process is pretty bad because 11 year olds are getting moderator jobs and some moderators
    "EM" are just plain horrible.
