You are what you eat, so aslong as you dont go out and devour a big fat guy then you'll be fine.
It's not the green that does it, if you haven't stocked up on munchies before you start a session... well, you just can't be bothered going down the shops to get foodOriginally Posted by Sewda

Even when I watch what I eat and stuff I can't lose that bit of belly fat I got![]()
Wow, you did at all at the age of 13? Impressive.Originally Posted by asher_
Go with what Alterate says.
I remember when I was 13 and I wanted decent abs and I heard 'OK DO 59493303 CRUNCHES A NIGHT AND YOU'LL GET A SIX PACK' so I did. 2 months passed and I barely noticed a difference except my abs feeling a little stronger and possibly tighter, there certainly wasn't a clear definition between the abdominal muscles. Anyway, I stopped doing crunches and turned to the kitchen. I set out a diet plan for myself for the week and kept with it, I think it was a mix of carbs, protein and a small bit of fat, but mainly protein for muscle growth, I also increased my water intake. Anyway, within a month of increased cardio exercise, watching what I ate and going to the gym, I lost alot of stomach fat safely! and I didn't need to do any crunches/sit ups and due to me doing lots of cardio exercise my abs were working overtime and by the time I was 14 they looked great.
The message from this? Don't think you need to do 300 crunches/sit ups everynight to achieve a 'six pack' Oh and most importantly, your body needs rest so doing crunches/sit ups or cardio everyday is probably not the best idea as your muscles need time to rest and grow.
Cheers
