Karils has the same stats as black dhide. (unless you waste your money on the xbow and racks)

So range: black dhide
Melee: I'd say torags, but you can also buy full dharocks, the stats are the same, but it depends if you want to train too, dharocks is very good at the gorillas at Ape Atoll church.
Mage: Ahrims, any mystic, infinity.
