But it is fake, look a the bottem left of the image then compare you your RS screen, it is different and badly cropped.

jagex wouldnt make a prayer 52 pray to use, then make it higher
the new prayers will go inbetween and all current prayers staying same level
thats like saying one day jagex decides to make barrows 80 attk,str and def
and guthan also need str now
and you need 70 range for mage short
jagex wouldnt do that =\
