Don't listen to anybody, the only thing you have to take into consideration is:
Are you willing to pay 5 dollars a month to get lots more options in a game?
If you are then buy members, if you're not then don't.
But from personal experiences I think you should because of the wollowing reasons:
- Much easier to train
- Much more to train
- Way more mini-games to have fun when you're bored of training.
- You can come on pk trips with us
and loot the stuff we don't get or when we die and you survive.
- It's waaaaaaaay more easier to get quest points, so it'll be easier to be able to do dragon slayer (so you can wear rune)
- And lots of more reasons I can't be bothered to type.

Join when you have got to around level 20 / 30 +. It is up to you when to join but it is not worth it at your level now. Train some stats and do a few quests, I also say not to join.. you get caleld a noob ALOT under level 30
I had that problem lol.

Yeah, the fun fun fun world of members. Try explore when you get it wearing nothing (incase you die- it happens), travel to various locations it'll help you find your way around. Use the world map, too.
I remember when I first got members, I went on a long trek from fally to cws with no teleports.
