Maths Coursework to be ditched

I'm all for ditching coursework, its pathetic, you can have the most mathmatically advanced mind, but if you're not good at communicating it across, if like me you know the answer for questions in seconds but dont know or cant explain how you
worked them out the coursework makes you fall.
I got a B in GCSE maths, and its due to a poor mark in my coursework as sometimes id try to explain how i worked it out and id just not have a clue what to put even though it sounds stupid, i really was unable to explain what i do to work things out lol...

Your making it sound like getting a B is rubbish! I can do the working out in Maths easy, but in my coursework I didn't do as much as everyone else because everyone did it in big steps where I just made it alot easier for myself.

and persoanlly im all for coursework, as im not the quickest and coursswork allows e to pick up lost marks

Bad idea, imo. Coursework counts for what, 20% of your grade, so if you do well in your coursework [which most people do as despite the fact that teachers can't TELL you the answers, they can help you with it] you go into the exam with a boost of confidence, that you've already got a good mark. And as someone said, it puts too much pressure on you to do well in the real exam.

people who do well in maths should be able to acheive it in the exam.
