YouTube Sued Over Domain Use

Google are rich, I'm sure if they had to pay out it wouldn't be much to them - having said that I'm sure Google has enough lawyers to sort it out

As someone said above,why dont they get a new domain such as universaltube.com , then put a page up on utube.com saying if you're looking for Youtube go to youtube.com but if you're looking for universal tube,click here

Because they're not actually customers,so wasting a lot of bandwidth and crashing the server
