Ripping/stealing is when someone on the forum claims someone elses work as their own. It is against the habbox rules. If you want to use someone elses work you have to get their ~permission~ to use it.
And if you want something to be done about a suposed stolen thread you have to provide SOLID PROOF of its original location.
