    Morning - Cheese, eggs, butter, coffee/tea. (so a nice breakfast)

    until lunch time have snacks such as crisps and coke

    at lunchtime - a burger or somthing

    and other bits and bobs like chocolate until u feel the need of proper food

    Proteins in your everyday diet will not only help you gain weight,itll help repair damaged tissues also.

    Make sure you dont eat too many binge foods such as chocolates and sweeties as you could be at risk of becoming diabetic.

    After eating foods always do at least 5 minute uick exercises also so that you become muscular rather than scraggy and fat.

    I have this so called problem aswell...except occasionally I may gain some weight but not show it AT ALL. I used to be realy worried bout it and want to put on weight but I've learned to live with it as being skinny eventhough you eat properly is not a bad thing, I'd rather be skinny and eat properly than fat and eat next to nothing like some of my mates.
