Default I don't think you get anything like this but here goes...

    I'm VERY skinny...

Last time I went to the hospital, I'd grown 2cm, but I'd not put any weight on...

Some tips or a diet for being HEAVY. But not a chunky monkey ^^! Just enough to be on normal weight. Because obviously, I'm doing something wrong. Please give me proper tips, and not just "McDs for brekky, McDs for lunch and McDs for tea". Some proper food. I don't mind the odd MaccyDees, but not all the time.

-Consume food high in calories but still nutritious such as potatoes, poultry, lean meat, bread, and pasta.
-Increase your daily calories intake to several hundreds. Add an extra toast to your daily breakfast, drink milk instead of OJ, add cheese to sandwiches, etc. You should so increase
-Increase your normal portion. For example, instead of eating a slice of banana, trying eating 2.
-Weight lift! If you weight lift over a period of time, you'll gradually gain weight because you're gaining muscle mass.

Foods like milkshakes and smoothies are a good way to add calories into your diet. Also maybe having normal foods over the diet type works too!

    Yes.
Unlike most people, I save low-fat, low-calory stuff as a rare treat. I like Philidelphia Splendips, but I have them once in a blue moon, but they're so nice!

Your metabolism is probably just very fast. I have that "problem" too, I'm about a stone and a half underweight. I was thinking of getting some weight gain milkshakes but realised that once I hit my twenties my metabolism will slow and I'll go heffer pretty soon, so I might as well enjoy being thin while it lasts now ^_^

i think it's just a concern to everyone that i've grown, but lost a few grams in weight... obviously i've lost weight. tbh, i think that unless anyone eats loads and loads and loads and is REALLY FAT (no offence), people my age really shouldn't be living on a strict diet of water and apples... at my age, i wouldn't dream of putting myself on a diet where i have the same thing every day - i just wouldn't be able to manage it... and at my age, some people on here post 1000 calorie diets for themselves - i needed just a bit more than that (i think) when i was 10!
