Is this supposed to be your routine that you're sharing to get feedback or are you giving a routine out to us?

Anyway, why don't you just listen to all the advice in the other hundreds of threads that you have made?

Well, rather than posting pointless threads about it because it makes you feel that you aren't on a diet, just tell yourself it rather than spamming it.

Your diet seems very balanced, but dont starve yourself in between if your hungry. Your body becomes hungry for a reason - energy, so please do feed it . The same applies with liquids.

I don't know what space you have but instead of doing 3 things for a set ammount. Why not make your own circuit where you do each exercise for a set ammount of time? That way you can set targets and aim to better them. Also you will get alot more out of circuit training than you will doing the same set ammount in a routine.
