What could i do to get some decent cash in about a week?

Runecrafting would be your best option, you can easily make a couple of mil a week if you have the patience lol.

You should be able to make a million a day if you play about 2 hours and have 50 runecrafting + the 3 pouches.
If you have the 3 pouches then you should craft nats via the abbys, you can make about 3k nats in little over 2 hours depending if you look at the forums once in a while or only runecraft.
If you don't have any pouches it should take you about 50-60 minutes to craft 1k nats, 40-50 minutes if you have 2 pouches.

You should buy at least 9 glories if you don't have any pouches, this way you don't have to recharge them before you've crafted 1k nats. 9 x 27 x 4 = 1008 (Assuming you have a tele tab or something else to teleport with in your invent)
