I doubt it will be released, I don't think people can know what will be released.
Besides, the purple para has just been removed from the catalogue, I don't think they will release another rare for at least a month.

They better not release it because that will be another super wrecked due to Sulake ( not Callie's fault ) but if they do then they better do the same thing as they did to the orange parasol, and only have it out for 30 mins so it stays rare. But all in all it's possibly a rumour, to drop the ambers value.
