    Lol. With weights, most have these adjustable weights. You're looking at the max amount.
    So the top one that I want, has 4 x 0.5 & 8 x 1.25. So, you can have:

    1 0.5 on left and 1 0.5 on right making it 1kg.
    Then you can add or take off as much as you want.

    i wouldnt suggest any of them, i have the 2nd one the 20kg ones and ive been doing them for nearly a year but if your going to take the weights off the first one then yeah but i think you should get different ones then build it up

    But surely if I can lift 2kg (which I can), and I can adjust them slowly by about .5, then it would be saving money? Rather than buying sets each time, that would cost quite a bit more? && the second one is the 20kg one...

    Buy ones you can adjust as i increase mine evry week or few days when using them

    i've just been going to gym and using the weights there, but its started to cost a fair bit to go often.

    might buy some myself like.
