That means this year! They say the prices will keep on rising until 2010

Well if I remember correctly anybody streaming copyrighted music to a public audience are required to have a streaming licence now for years. It maybe not royalties as per say, but you've had to pay for it for some time. How many owners can honestly say they have a streaming licence...
