Well. The chances of getting caugfht are slim tbh. But yes, you do need one, and it doesn't matter what server you broadcast to (you still need a licence if you stream to a canadian server from the uk). And you need 'permission' (licence) from mcps/prs who give you permission on the behalf of their clients (record lables).

But tbh, don't bother and do it illegally cause it's stupid.
