    Like others have said, just eat something that won't upset your stomach, and drink plenty of water, and just rest until you feel better.

    Just get a pint glass of water, and keep sipping it throughout the day. Have a slice of toast with a thin spread of butter (Having a little bit of butter is less likely to make you sick than no butter at all) Don't bother taking any pills because if it is a virus then you will just make yourself feel more crap. And keep yourself occupied with the tv or a book or the computer. Anything that takes your mind off it.

    I would say dont eat much as you should starve the bug away. If you get hungry have some dry biscuits like rich tea ect. Drink plenty of water and take paracetamol, get plenty of rest, try some rennies or gaviscon for stomach pain. and get lots and lots of sleep and you should feel better in no time .

    Try drinking plenty of water, and renne tablets are good (I think).
