Uhm well some lads aren't flirty enough so that sometimes gives the impression they're more friendly than sexy. Might be your problem?
Or this might sound rate gay but..
Some girls are like in to the "bad boy" types, and if you're really nice and kind and whatever (which some girls would jump at) other girls also see that as a sign of more friendly rather than sexy.
I'm not saying you need to get the motorbike and leathers out but like if you are over-nice, try being a bit more "mean keep them keen".

i was 15 when I had my first "reasonably" ok relationship, yet my first seriousish relationship started when I was 15 too, but yeah no too far away from 16, and i've been in that relationship 3 and a half months (and counting) and its great.
