Not sure, I never entered any credit card details, is that how you're paying for xbox live gold membership?

No, i entered my datr of birth etc. But it says im U18 so my dad has got to sign me up, so i created a account for him, but it says "To make sure your that age, please enter your credit card number"

That is weird I never had to enter any credit card details :S

Yea I had to get parents to sign up a parent account because I'm under 18

It's ok I'm happy to try and help, when my parents did it they didn't add any details like that at all, just confirmed what I entered was correct (home adress, phone number etc.) and put in there email address and password, you will probably need to xbox actually connected to the internet before you'll be able to make your account xbox live enabled so I suggest you sort that out
