Take Part in a Charity Run or Fun Run. That way you Know your running not only to lose weight, but to help others. Getting Sponsors will also Motivate you More. Another Idea Is Go to the Gym and Use the treadmill or Crosstrainer, Most Gyms Have a Tv for Every piece of equipment, Watching your favourite show might make you forget you've Just Been Running for an Hour![]()

Why don't you try not just running but actully warming yourself up by seeing how many pushups in two minutes, And after that how many sit ups you can do in two minutes, You may think its tiring but if you push yourself, Nothing will be improssible. And after you've done all that, go to your local park and run as far as you can, If you get a stich just bend over and put your hands on your head for a white, take a sip of water and carry on running, Good luck mate.
