There are lots of meanings of the word diet. ( Im doing a paper on it )
To stay healthy you need to make sure that you eat atleast 1 portion that contains each of the following :
- Minerals
- Protein
- Water
- Fruit & Veg
- Vitamins
- Fat
- Dairy Products
- Meat & Fish
Making sure you take the amount of it into consideration.
To burn of your stomach fat quite quikly you can do sit ups. Start of with say like 10. Then every week gradually raise the numbers.
If you stick to what your eating properly and do some running and stuff you should become slimmer.
But dont expect it to happen in one day or 1 week. It takes time

(She's Italian) eat veggies and fruits. If you are looking to get abs eat a lots of protein but you have to make sure you exercise as well otherwise that protein will easily turn into fat.
