Arrow Going on a diet.. Need ideas

k, I eat quite a bit of junk food and i hardly get excersise.. (take the **** if you want) and I was thinking of going on a diet, so any ideas on what foods to take out of the diet and what foods to include in my diet? Also any good excersises I could do which can burn off my belly quite fast?

Well, first question, what foods do you regulary eat?

excerises, simple 1 is just stepping up and down some stairs (if you have any), then after a while just do some stretches, every little helps
But there's not many ways of burning a belly really quick, unless you become a health freak or start having a eating disorder (I think they're the only ways - and I wouldn't advise them either).
You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....

Smaller portions. Limit the amount of calories you eat a day. I suggest you keep a notebook of what you eat each day from breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks & then since you have a limit of calories a day, add up all your calories. For each extra calorie do some sort of exercise. Umm, also, you should weigh yourself at the end of each week to see your progress. This should be very helpful. I hope you succeed in your diet. Good luck, all the best

Oh yeah, lots of exercise. No relapses back to junk food.

Stay off the junkfood, its bad for you anyway...
Excersise doesnt have to be boring... Go swimming, ride your bike, race your friends, play football.

As for foods, eat 5 fruit / veg a day.

And don't forget to eat Bread and other cereals and potatoes... Milk and dairy products, meat and fish etc etc etc... Don't forget you NEED fat and salt in your diet... Just limit the ammount you put into yourself, and limit your intake of calories.

Don't go on a diet for gaaaawd sake. Just eat healthier and exercise. Eat as much as you want but eat less sugar and fat full foods.

dont each as much fatty foods like; crisp, chococlate, cakes, biscuits etc. & eat more stuff like fruit & veg.

you dont have to stop eating fatty foods- just dont eat so much of it.

also do regular exercise- helps alot.

Theres so much you can do...but in little time is not really possible to loose alot of weight. I have been a healthy person for about 1 year now, and now I see my results. I suggest that you start off doing sit ups in groups of 30 maybe 3 times a day, then 40 etc. I also suggest you drink alot of water and avoid fizzy drinks. Eat pleanty of freah fruit and veg.....just basicly start of slow so you don't get to think you're not loosing enough weight in little time...as that can lead to eating dissorders..
