Protect from melee, bring prayer pots (4), much more cheaper.

Guthans is way cheaper, guthans costs 8.5m, you can only get about 1K prayer pots (3 dose) for that, I doubt those last long. I know, you got to repair guthans but it's still cheaper in the end.

tbh, pro-melee at ape atoll altar and DH the monkeys there, run out of prayer, recharge. one of the good ways to train there.
