Karl, we do want people to notice this? I mean, we can't just let CH take advantage of people because they're low on funds?
I do think it's harsh that they're asking fansite owners for money which they don't deserve, Ollie's just pathetic.

EDIT: Angry now, I used the images that CH/AH have on their timetable for my Under Construction page on my fansite and I've just been told by my host that I've had a DMCA Complaint from Oliver wassisname... :rolleyes:

I have actually sent a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the DMCA and it proves that he does not know what he is talking about.

Also im sure their is a lot of copyright images on the CH site so if anyone wants to report him feel free to do so.

Duno which law it is, but my tutor was going through some laws and it was covered in 1 of them :p

Alright, I've asked my Dad. He's a Senior Lawyer and has been in enough court cases like this to know exacly what it's about without even knowing what Sulake is.
ClubHabbo cannot prove they originally made the images in the first place. Sulake made them, we already knew that. Therefore, we can now consider the DMCA Complaints filed by ClubHabbo to be null and void. If you've had a complaint, do not worry, ignore it.

I personally think Ollie's too scummy and lazy to take this all the way to the courtroom. Don't worry.
