The way I did it was I used veracs helm karils top veracs skirt. I used veracs for the prayer bonus it gives. I also used fury. Instead of crossbow I used karils x bow which did pretty good. I used x bow all the way till jad. I was lv 91 78 range. I got it on my first try lol. I also had 1 or 2 more brews I think.

Lving up range would also make it easier. The crystal bow pretty much sucks after it gets to 7/10.

You probably won't last long enough with the restores since you have a pretty low pray bonus and 71 range won't help either.

You can get to Jad with 1 crystal bow, so you don't even need 1k diamond bolts. =/
You don't really need karils top because it has the same range bonus as black dhide but you could use the def bonus if you aint bringing guthans, which I highly recommend.
