I think the issue is it isn't always easy to see how much effort people are putting in and it is so easy just to blame the person in charge when things don't go the way you would like them too even though these decisions are joint decisions and are taken into consideration for time. MAD wouldn't be the general manager if he made spur of the moment decisions without consulting others. Also the changes to the reputation system required planning for AGM's and administrators so really blaming MAD isn't exactly justified. Anyway I do think the behaviour of some members is getting a bit silly.
On another note, sorry about my writing, I like size 1 font.![]()







but I 110percent agree with you. If you compare MAD to management on other sites/forums you will see that he is spectacular.
