It codes like a pile of crap and puts loads of crap in it.

You can use any basic text editor to code if you know how.
A true coder would know that.
We don't all need programs to do it for us like Dreamweaver or Frontpage.
Some of us learnt the hard way. I suggest you stop acting like you can code and face the truth.
